Should you wish to have a signature required upon delivery of your package, kindly get in touch with us immediately after completing your purchase. Please note that if you do not request this, Australia Post will secure your parcel in a safe location in the event you are not available at the time of delivery. Signature confirmation will only be included if you specifically request it. 

The responsibility for parcel insurance lies with the buyer. If you desire to include insurance for your product, you have the option to contact us to add this service to your shipment at an extra cost, or you can select this choice during the checkout process.

We strongly advise reaching out to us to request either a signature on delivery or insurance, as we cannot assume liability for theft or any other type of loss. This is especially the case in more expensive orders.
